where is glutamate (msg) hidden ?

There are a lot of foods that can contain the ingredient glutamate on labels, but sometimes its hard to identified them because that can have different names ( because of the percentage of the amount)

I found one article in a website where you can read the full name list, see it here. I just put here some of them:


These ALWAYS contain MSG
Glutamate Glutamic acid Gelatin
Monosodium glutamate Calcium caseinate Textured protein
Monopotassium glutamate Sodium caseinate Yeast nutrient
Yeast extract Yeast food Autolyzed yeast
Hydrolyzed protein
(any protein that is hydrolyzed)
Hydrolyzed corn gluten Natrium glutamate (natrium is Latin/German for sodium)
